I'm looking for a Google Sheets expert to lead 2-3 training sessions for our team. Our staff have a basic understanding of Google Sheets, but we're looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in several key areas.
Key areas of focus include:
- Formulas and functions: How to effectively use them and their applications in various scenarios
- Data analysis and visualization: Techniques for data interpretation and presentation
- Collaboration and sharing features: Best practices for real-time collaboration and sharing within Google Sheets
- Graphs, Charts, Pivot Tables: How to create, interpret and utilize these features
- Providing different levels of access: For improved security and data management
- Basics of Google Sheets: Including formatting, alignment and other fundamental features
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven expertise in Google Sheets with a strong track record of conducting training sessions
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- The ability to tailor content to cater to varying skill levels within a group
- Experience with staff training in corporate environments
