Google Sheets Expert for Stock Portfolio

We are seeking a skilled Google Sheets expert to assist us in creating a comprehensive and efficient stock portfolio tracking system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Sheets functions and formulas, as well as experience in financial data management and analysis. This project requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to customize solutions to fit our specific needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand the requirements and objectives for the stock portfolio tracking system.
Design and develop a Google Sheets template or workbook that allows for the input, tracking, and analysis of multiple stocks and portfolios.
Implement formulas and functions to automate data entry, calculation of key financial metrics, and visualization of portfolio performance.
Customize the tracking system to accommodate various asset classes, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, and other investments.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing validation checks and error-handling mechanisms.
Provide documentation and instructions for using and maintaining the tracking system.
Collaborate with our team to incorporate any additional features or modifications as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, and IMPORTRANGE.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including stock valuation, portfolio diversification, and risk management.
Experience in creating custom solutions in Google Sheets for financial analysis or data management purposes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
Familiarity with APIs or third-party tools for importing financial data into Google Sheets is a plus.
