Google Sheets Expert for Data Automation

Job ID: 37754825

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I'm in need of a Google Sheets / excel professional who has a deep understanding and hands-on experience with data automation, analysis and visualization who can help us to import an excel/CSV file into an online spreadsheet program.
The excel list is generated out of our ERP system (Example ERP generated list 7-2-2024) and contains projects per supplier. All projects need to be imported in an weekly planning list for a supplier. I have added an example sheet how this should look “Weekly planner TOS 2024”. The weekly planning will have a column for each week, the part quantity should be filled in the weekly column. So for example project #70230076 has 10.000 parts for delivery 03-01-2024, the quantity of 10.000 pcs should be filled in the column for week 1. This way we can easily check what needs to be ready in which week.

All imported projects should have a status column with “in production” or “in transit”. This status should be changeable in the online list by the supplier and should not be overwritten when a new excel list is being imported. A project starts with “in production” the supplier will change this too in transit when they booked a container or shipped it by air. Before changing this status the supplier should be able to make a new sheet at the bottom of the list first with the specific container or airfreight shipment (so that we can see which parts are shipped in which container/which airfreight). The sheet name should show in scroll down box in the status column and when chosen the information (description, PO# etc) of that line should be copied to the new sheet.

when projects are delivered to us we will remove them out of our ERP system. When we export a new excel list out of the ERP system and uploaded it into the online spreadsheet the project should be removed too.

Please let us know if the above is possible.
