Google Sheets / Excel : Looking for a way to SUM values between worksheets sheets based on conditions

I've created a Google Sheet which can be seen here:

In the 'Calculations' worksheet you can see that I have placed an X underneath 5 of the 9 Fruits.
In the 'Products' worksheet I have a list of Fruits and their Dollar Value.
In the 'Calculations' worksheet, in cell A2, I would like it to provide the SUM of the Dollar Value of the Fruits that have an X.
Note: The column headers in Calculations do not always match exactly. For example, on the Products sheet we have 'Honeydew Melon' and on the Calculations sheet it is named 'Hon. Melon'.
Note: Instead of an 'X' I would be OK with some sort of Yes/No selector. Or ideally, Yes/Blank.
Note: Ideally it would be a solution that would allow me to easily add/insert more Fruits.
Convince me you have a great solution and I'll award it to you.
No this is not my homework, but an example of a function I need for a somewhat complicated spreadsheet I'm building that is not related to fruits. :)
