Google Sheets Calculator Formula Needed

I need help writing a formula that references data in my pricing chart to quickly generate a quote for my customers when I input a stitch count. Please view the spreadsheet here.

Essentially, I need the formula to reference the value of A10 to match up with the corresponding line in the pricing chart (A3:A6).
After the correct pricing line is determined, I need the stitch count value entered by the user in cell C10 to multiply by the corresponding column to calculate the cost.
If I select 1-5 in cell A10, the calculator should reference the pricing in row A3:E3. The formula should then determine which stitch column to reference to calculate correct pricing.
For example, if I enter 1-5 in A10, and enter 8342 into C10, the value of E10 should be $18.00.
