Google Sheets CRM for Internal Sales Process
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Project Brief – Google Sheets CRM Tracker for Sales Agents
We are looking to build a Google Sheets-based lightweight CRM-style tracker for our internal sales process, which involves 5–6 different sales representatives.
? What we need built:
Master Sheet ("Master Data")
A single sheet that contains all client data.
Each row represents one client.
Columns include:
Sales Agent Name
Customer Code
Customer Name
Status
Phone Number
Number of Lines
Notes
Agent-Specific Sheets (one per agent)
Each agent will have their own sheet (e.g. "Noam", "Dean", "Lian", etc.)
At the top, the agent can select their name from a dropdown menu.
Based on the selected agent name, the sheet will automatically show only their assigned clients.
The agent can update statuses and notes, and those changes will automatically sync back to the Master Sheet.
Bi-directional Sync
Any updates made by agents in their personal sheet (e.g., status changes or notes) should reflect in the Master Sheet.
Likewise, if we update the Master Sheet, the agent’s view should reflect that change.
Summary Dashboard
A final summary sheet that shows how many clients each agent has in each status (e.g. "Contacted", "Not Answered", "Closed", etc.)
This should be dynamic and update automatically.
? Optional but helpful:
Use of Google Apps Script to enable write-back from filtered agent sheets to the Master Sheet.
Data validation (e.g. dropdown menus for statuses).
Clean and user-friendly layout for non-technical users.
