Google Sheets Apps Script Gury

Hi
I need a google sheets Apps script Guru who can hep with the following:
I will create a google sheet and save it in my google dive in some folder. this folder will have 3 CSV files.
Upon launching or using some button I want to import the CSV data into 3 tabs
Once imported I want a line graph creating Sheet 1 & Sheet 3 (if it exists) >> Sheet 1 and Sheet 3 layout is the same except the values.. if sheet 3 exists then overlay the graph already created from sheet 1
I reckon this is 2 hours worth of work for someone who knows what they are doing.

3 sheets are imported manually.. graphs are also added manually. I want to create these at the touch of a button if possible
