Google Sheets Appointment & Account Tracker Fix

I'm facing issues with my Google Sheets project that connects 52 weekly tables across 12 monthly tabs to monitor both appointment schedules and account balances. The system is intended to display a weekly overview of appointments, but I'm getting a REF! error with my VLOOKUP, OFFSET, and MATCH formulas.
