Google Sheets

I have a shared google document that is constantly updated with order numbers, descriptions and updates if they're shipped. However, there are redundancies from the manufacturer with duplicate orders. we need to make sure there are no duplicates between sheets and as well as once one order is checked out that it is shipped, I would like it removed from the list.
