Google Sheet template creation

I am looking for someone to create a clean google sheet template or blank form of some sort to help me visualize and organize the schedule for my weeks jobs (Monday-Friday). I have up to 5 jobs per day and need to list the following for each Job; Name, Address, phone number, square footage, color, Invoice vs collect, and a job rating of 1-5. I currently write this out by hand each week and need to make it electronic but fit to a standard page horizontally so that I can print it to carry when in the field
