Google Sheet to print data on a reference sheet, email it, and repeat the process for each row

Hello, I have a Google Sheets project that is a bit beyond my knowledge scope. I have a Data sheet that populates information to a separate sheet tab. The workflow I would like to have via a script or apps script is as follows:
1. Each Row within a particular column will have a button titled "Send Receipt"
2. When the button in a row is selected, the formulas in the Template will update to the row in which the button was selected
3. The sheet will then create a pdf, and the pdf will be sent to the email address referenced in the template.
