Google Sheet for Real Estate Management

I'm looking for a professional who can design a comprehensive Google Sheet for tracking my real estate data. The sheet should help me manage my rent roll and lease renewals effectively.
Key Features:
- Rent Roll Tracking: The sheet should allow me to keep track of tenant names and contact information, rent amounts, number of payments, and cheque due dates, as well as lease start and end dates.
- Lease Renewal Management: I need a system to track renewal dates for leases.
I need to know when payments are due before hand so I deposit the cheques in time.
Also for each owner i need to send him monthly reports how much money did he get and how much he owes us for maintenance
I need to track expenses and maintenance
Also if fhe lease is attested by the government or not.
Is deposit paid? If yes cash or cheque? If cash i need to know how much
I have over 100 properties so my current google sheets keeps crashing and missing the information i need something clean and user friendly
