Google Sheet expert to re-create an Excel calendar file

I need a Google Sheet expert to re-create an Excel calendar file. See sample attached. The function needs to be when I change the YEAR and MONTH then the calendar dates will update accordingly. (Simply importing this Excel file into Google sheet does not work since the formulas different in Google Sheet).
