Google Sheet Formula for City-GPS Matching

I'm working with a list of city names and their corresponding GPS coordinates in a Google Sheet. I need a formula that can scroll through the city names and find their matching GPS coordinates in another column. If multiple city names match the same GPS coordinates, I want the formula to return all matches.

Ideal skills for this project include:

Please note that the GPS coordinates are already formatted in the column.
