Google Forms, answers in a detail format

I have an organization where i want my administrators to fill a google form daily, this info will fill a google sheets file. The problem im having is that i need the answers to be in a certain format. Some of the answers MUST BE in a % number, how can i put format to the answer? its like in excell or google sheets where you set the format of a cell. Is this possible? anyone here can help me?
