Google Forms + Sheets Automation

I'm looking for a Google Apps Script expert to automate the processing of weekly work reports submitted via Google Forms, with full setup and recording.
Requirements:
Create a Google Form to collect weekly work reports (Start time, End time, Address, Receipts, Comments for each day: Mon–Sun).
Configure Google Sheets to:
Automatically calculate daily and total hours.
Structure and format data correctly.
Connect Apps Script to:
Replace placeholders in a Google Docs template.
Generate a clean PDF report based on filled fields only.
Save the PDF in a specific Drive folder.
Important:
You must record the full setup process (screen capture or step-by-step screenshots), including:
Form creation.
Sheet structure.
Apps Script logic and link to Docs template.
PDF example generated from real data.
