Google Forms and Google Sheets

Data Entry using Google forms and Google sheets.

I am looking to set up a Google forms page which will read from Google sheets and will act as a Data entry point. The Google sheet is a catalog which has some missing data which needs to be filled up from a shipping inventory.

I already have data in my Google sheets, it is not complete and has to be manually filled up.
Now, I need to set up a Google form in which the user will be able to fill in the missing data. User should NOT be able to see any of the data on Google sheets (they might be tempted to assume shipments are in the same container and also it's confidential) but just only see what we show them.

Enter the unique id number,

See the data associated with the unique id number

Step 3

Fill in the missing data and “Save”

Step 4

Hit next and move to Unique id number + 1

Once the user completes all the rows from the google sheet they should be notified that the task is complete.

I want a timestamp function attached as well. I want to see the changes that have been made to the cells,

The same form should be customisable to add/remove more columns as and when needed (The parameters change).

I want the google forms to have a pleasing UI/UX . Hopefully the "tab" function also works to move from one blank to another.

I will stress again that the user should not have access to the google sheet, just the form.

I am also open to the idea of using some other platform as well.
