Google App Sheet Order Entry App

I'm looking for a developer with extensive experience in Google App Sheet to build an order entry application for internal use. I've already uploaded the necessary data.
Here's what I need:
- A form that allows us to input details of our orders. This form should encompass fields for Customer details, Order details, Item details, Shipping details, and Manufacturing details.
- Autofill capabilities: The form should autofill certain fields as we begin typing. Specifically, if we type a customer name, it should automatically fill in the corresponding address information. If an item number is typed, a filtered list of matching items should be presented for selection.
- Form submissions need to populate in a .csv file. We will use this .csv to import the orders into our ERP system so the fields must match the requirements for our Microsoft sql database.
The autofill data should be sourced exclusively from our internal database, so familiarity and experience with integrating internal databases into Google App Sheet is crucial. Your ability to create a user-friendly, efficient app that streamlines our order entry process will be greatly appreciated.
