Gmail Email Contact Extraction from attached files to Excel

I have approximately 1000 emails in my Gmail account with pdf file attached that I need specific contact information extracted from.
Requirements:
- Extract contact info like name, email, and phone number from the email/pdf
-PDF file must be opened to obtain the contact details
- Input the extracted data into an Excel spreadsheet
Key Details:
- The emails are organized in a folder in my Gmail account. You do not need to search through the inbox to find them.
- The information does not need to be verified for accuracy, just extracted as is.
