Global Client Acquisition via Alliances
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This project centres on expanding our international client base by forging strong partnerships and collaborations, with strategic alliances as the core vehicle. The work begins with mapping markets where our services answer an unmet need, then pinpointing organisations whose offerings, distribution channels, or geographic reach complement ours.
Research and outreach will run in parallel: detailed partner profiling to confirm cultural and commercial fit, and tailored engagement that positions a win-win alliance. Once interest is secured, the scope broadens to drafting outline MoUs, defining shared value propositions, and agreeing clear KPIs for joint client acquisition.
Deliverables will include:
• A vetted shortlist of prospective strategic allies, ranked by fit and potential impact
• Outreach messaging and conversation records for full transparency
• Draft agreement frameworks (MoU or term sheet) ready for legal review
• A service-delivery playbook illustrating onboarding flow, communication cadence, and performance tracking
Success is measured by at least two signed alliance agreements and a documented pipeline of qualified international leads generated through those partnerships. CRM updates, weekly progress summaries, and a final debrief with next-step recommendations will complete the engagement.
