Geocode & KML convert from spreadsheet

I am looking for someone to help me with geocoding and KML conversion. I need to convert a spreadsheet to a geocoded version with address-level detail accuracy. Then, I need this spreadsheet to be provided in a KML file, so I can display each record as markers in Google Earth. When I hover over a marker I'd like label popup to show the street address
