Generate expense report in excel and scan paper receipts -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to generate an expense report for me using customized Excel format. The main task for this project is to input data into Excel manually and scan more than 100 paper receipts accordingly. I have chosen the customized Excel format for my expense report, and I need someone with expertise in data entry and background in scanning/uploading paper receipts. After the project is done, I will receive a complete report with all the data and scanned receipts needing to be in Excel format.
