Gantt chart/project tracker

I would like to create a specific gantt chart in excelfor my company that will show jobs and individual tasks for that job. With in this chart i want payments to be marked so i can see when the payment will be due. On this chart see who is assigned to the task so that i can track staffing and hours. I need the projected job and task time and actual time. I would like to have the chart be able to do hours, days, weeks, months, quarter, and year. I do not know if it possible but have an individual chart for each job and a master chart that shows all the jobs going. So i can see a snap shot of the hour, day, week, etc. To see all the work scheduled for those time periods. From these charts be able to track projected costs and actual costs of the job and if the job is profitable.
