GPT Assistant Excel Add-in Development

I'm in need of a talented developer capable of creating a custom GPT assistant that is directly integrated with Excel through an add-in. The GPT assistant should be able to perform the following tasks:
- Generate summaries from given inputs
- Answer a variety of questions based on input data
- Carry out text classification (based solely on the knowledge base I provided to the GPT assistant)
The level of interaction between the assistant and the user should be based on basic commands for a streamlined user experience.
