Full time VBA programmer requires to work from 10 AM to 6PM EST Time

Looking for a VBA programmer to work on excel based projects from 10 AM to 6 PM EST time. You need to be available all time in this timeframe all days, Mon to Sat. Also you need to be very good in English. Also I am looking for a smart guy who understands project details very quickly and work in smart way.

Its a full time job, And ongoing work, Not just for few months.
