Fuel Reports
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
We have csv fuel reports that are emailed to us daily.
We would like these re-formatted into a format to upload into one of our systems.
We would like options to have this done daily or combine multiple days into one upload.
We do have most of our fuel data uploaded automatically via API however our supplier has informed us that it is not possible to have our own fuel tanks at various sites uploaded via API hence the daily emailed csv with the data from our own fuel tanks.
I have attached a copy of our fleet list with the "Rego" that are in our system AND NEED IMPORTING. The XLS that we get from the supplier contains vehicles that are NOT part of our fleet and ARE NOT TO BE INCLUCDED IN THE IMPORT FILE"
I would like to maybe run a macro that pulls the Rego and other relevant data (refer into the Upload.csv) into the upload.csv file
Our Fleet list is updated on occasion and so this needs to be taken into consideration when creating the solution.
In Summary -
Process
1. Supplier emails a daily csv file containing the previous days fuel usage. "transactions_report.xls"
2. This file needs to be referenced to our fleet list "EquipmentList.csv" and only transfer over data from Rego that are in the Fleet List.
3. The data then has to be in the format for the Fuel Upload csv "Fuel Upload Template.csv" for uploading into our Telematics portal.
- Columns required for "Fuel Upload Template.csv" and mapping from "transactions_report.xls"
- - Rego from Vehicle Registration
- - Fuel Card Number from Card PAN
- - Date/Time from Transaction Date/Time
- - Quantity from Volume
- - Street Address from Site Name
