Front Page Overhaul Needed

I need an urgent redesign and interactivity improvements on my front page and a few other pages. The task needs to be completed in 50 minutes.

Requirements:
- Improve design and layout on the front page
- Add tool tips to the front page and a few other pages
- Implement drill-through to provided pages (max 2 visuals each)
- Add "Last Refreshed" box on the overview page (front page)
- Ideally, add a box for users to send queries directly to an email account
- If time allows, add action to card visuals to navigate to a filtered page showing details

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web design and layout improvement
- Experience in adding interactive elements like tool tips and drill-throughs
- Familiarity with implementing email query boxes on web pages
