From Multiple Sheet Need one Output Sheet

There are multiple Sheet in as input but the format with the remains the same and cell location of input in each sheet is same. from which the ouput needs to be generated from multiple sheet
The attached is just a sample, the sheet name can be different but the location will be the same

For Creation of Output File
rule_name - Blank
condition 1 - Blank
condition 2 - Created from old value(Refer B2 in each sheet) in each sheet
Action 1 - Create from new Value in each sheet (Refere B3 in each sheet)
Comment - Suggested change in each sheet against each value and make the coloum Yellow if ther is any suggested changes
Type - Mentioned in each sheet


Formula used to create action 1
When Type is pim_catalog_simpleselect in the sheet the output for action1 coloum will be - New Attribute:"new value of that coloum" Example: (power_supply:"100_240_volts")
When Type is pim_catalog_metric in the sheet the output for action1 coloum will be - "New Attribute:'new value of that coloum'#unit:Metrics given in coloum C Example(power_consup:'100'#unit:WATT)
When Type is pim_catalog_number in the sheet the output for the action coloum will be - New Attribute:'New Value' for xample (test_number:'4')
When Type is pim_catalog_boolean in the sheet the output for the action coloum will be - New Attribute:New Value for example (safe_features:TRUE) in this please take True as 'true' and false as 'false' that is in all smallcaps
When Type is pim_catalog_multiselect Follow same as pim_catalog_simpleselect
