From Excell to outlook
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a Excell file that has the following format
Sport(3 letter code), discipline (3 letters code), title of event, gender(m,f,X), end_date(DD/mm/yyyy), task(text)., Assigned to team(3 letter code),

The Excell file is always work In Progress and spans on 4 year period..
The file can be in the sharedrive ideally or in my pc.
I would like to be able periodically to run a macro or import or function and assign reminder tasks in the calendars of the team members that are assigned each entry.
As this operation will be done again and again. Each time I want my outlook/Gmail calendar to have only the ammended entries and not to duplicate everything each time.
I am open to modify the format of the file.
It's a very small automation project.
