Fractional CFO: Budget Forecasting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We run a small tech startup and need an experienced finance leader to consult on our budgeting and forecasting. The role would be to make sure our financials are correct in order to submit for our first raise.
The role is to consult and recommend on the way forward. Excel or Google Sheets is fine; what matters is transparent logic, linked statements, and stress-tested assumptions that make sense for our product launch.
What we need:
• A full consultation on financials with and potentially a revised dynamic, audit-friendly spreadsheet model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with clearly labeled input and output tabs
• A concise management summary (slide deck or memo) that distills key drivers, assumptions, and recommended actions
