Formulating spreadsheet in numbers for MAC

Im looking for someone to help me with a hotel spreadsheet. I have it made in numbers and want to automate with formulas, projections from sheet to sheet . It involves calendars room rates etc. I need someone I can explain to over Google meet and leave to work alone to adjust layout and formulas to a high level for presentations.
