Formulating reviewing process

Project Title: Formulating reviewing process
Currently I'm doing visual review using Report H, which is a Time and Expenses report that I use to post in QuickBooks. I am looking for someone to help me to formulate the reviewing process in excel or any other suggested ways. I'll provide two reports in excel. Report H is used to review Report QB. Any error in QB Report needs to be captured in highlight or error.
