Formula to calculate the Response Time -- 2

I need to get assistance on how to calculate the email response time for me to establish the SLA. I have data of
1) Email inquiry received date and time (A)
2) Email response date and time (B)
How can I calculate the time taken to respond. Using simple calculator I know that we just use B - A.
But I need to calculate the actual time taken of response which also included below conditions:
1) Operating hour Monday to Friday is 8am - 8pm
2) Operating hour for Saturday is 8am - 4pm
3) I need to exclude Sunday (off day) and also all the Public Holiday
