Formatting Google Spreadsheet for Event Run of Show

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with formatting a Google Spreadsheet for an event run of show. The estimated timeline for this project is 1-3 days. The freelancer should have experience with using and formatting Google Sheets, while potentially also being able to assist with creating formulas if needed. As I'm not sure if I will need help creating those formulas, it would be beneficial if the freelancer carries that experience as well.

We will be translating data from one spreadsheet to another into a different format.
