Format Excel for Clear Presentation

I have a workbook that holds a mix of numbers and text. Its only job is to be viewed and shared, so legibility is everything. I’d like you to open the file, set every sheet to standard page margins, and make Arial the default font throughout. While you work, please keep an eye on column widths, row heights, and any headings so the content looks balanced when someone prints or projects it.

Once you finish, I should be able to send the file straight to colleagues without further tweaks. The sole deliverable is the revised .xlsx with those clean, consistent settings in place.
