I'm in need of an expert who can provide a precise and detailed list of foreclosures sold to third parties in the last 120 days. This job will initially focus on two counties in Missouri, with plans to expand to five more in the near future.
Key Requirements:
- Information must be accurate and consistent
- Data includes: Opening bid on foreclosure (to the cent, e.g. $56,879.57) and price sold at auction
- Delivery format: Excel spreadsheet
