Football Match Results & Score Prediction Automation

I'm looking for a system that can automate the tracking of football match results as well as predicting the correct scores. A key component of this project is the incorporation of historical data analysis to enhance the accuracy of predictions.
Specific Features:
- Historical Data Analysis: The system should be capable of analyzing past data to inform predictions. This includes examining team performance and head-to-head match history.
- Visualization: The results of the system, including predictions and match results, should be displayed in a clear and understandable manner. I prefer using graphs and charts for this purpose.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Experience with predictive modelling
- Ability to create clear and engaging visual data representations
Please note that player performance trends do not need to be included in this project, and the focus will primarily be on team performance and head-to-head match history.
