I want these dates to highlight with the corresponding color (ie Strike Det [Green], Fighter Det [Blue], Boat Det [Red]) onto the calendar tabs Oct Plan-Execute to September Plan –Execute. I want them to appear in both calendars on each of the plan-execute tabs (ie CAT 1 PILOT SYLLABUS X's REQUIRED and CAT 1 PILOT SYLLABUS X's COMPLETE). I want this to be automatic so if the dates change in each Det column, they change on the calendars. They need to correspond to the class numbers (ie class 21-1 Strike, fighter and Boat Det dates will highlight only for 21-1 on the calendars). These classes change from year to year the formula should be based on the data in the cells and not specifically the class numbers
On Tab 2 (PILOT SIMS & Flights SHARP)
I want all the dates in each class section to highlight a color based on the Month Plan-Execute tabs. I want it to highlight every column below that date until the next class section. Example on cell B10 the date is 4/7/2021 and cell S10 the date is 4/30/2021, I want those cells and the cells from B11:S21 to highlight light blue to match Apr Plan –Execute tab. I want this for all class sections (separated by the yellow headers) and for all months.
