Fix and reorganize a Project Management and Accounting system currently working in Google Sheets

We are looking for a Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel specialist who can help us finishing our Project Management and Accounting system that is currently working in Google Sheets.
But it seems that Google Sheets has a limitation where you can't do several connections between spreadsheets transferring data.
So we need to fix that issue, and also complete the managing system, where we can start using all the data we already have, to analyze the project in economical terms and other matters.
It is not so complex, we used a lot of VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, FILTERS, and a couple more functions, so I think that a specialist in Excel or Google Sheets will manage perfectly the job.
