Fix Excel spreadsheet password issue

I have a spreadsheet that i recently had created but I'm having trouble with the password function....
Basically...fields in 'D' and 'I' column do not need a password to edit.....however, field 'F' column does need a password to edit 'anytime247' ...this works fine until a field in 'F; column is edited with a password and the spreadsheet is saved....after that...any edits to field 'D' or 'I' a password is required to edit which is not the way i want it to work
