Fix Excel Text Cut-Off for KDP

Job ID: 40240688

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I prepared my book interior in Microsoft Excel and converted it for Kindle Direct Publishing, but the KDP preview shows parts of the body text disappearing—the words that sit inside table cells are either cut short or not visible at all once the file is set to print. Headers, footers, and images are fine; the issue is strictly the body content that lives inside tables.

I’m looking for someone who knows Excel’s page-setup quirks and KDP’s print requirements inside out. Your job is to open the original spreadsheet, correct the cell sizing, margins, and print area so every line of text appears in full, then supply a clean, press-ready PDF that passes KDP’s preview without warnings. If you spot a simpler way to rebuild the tables while keeping the current layout, I’m open to it as long as nothing gets cropped again.

Deliverables
• Updated Excel file with all body text fully visible in print preview
• High-resolution PDF (embed fonts) sized for KDP trim, ready to upload
• Short note outlining the key adjustments you made so I can replicate them later

Acceptance criteria: when I upload your PDF to KDP, no text within any table is clipped or hidden at any zoom level, and the file is approved for print without revision requests.
