Fix Excel Template

Hey there, I have an Excel template that is in need of some repair. Specifically, I'm having issues with the calculations and formulas - both of which seem to be at fault. I'm currently using Excel 365, the most recent version. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but thankfully, I know just where to look for help! I'm looking for an experienced Excel expert who can help me fix this template as soon as possible. Can you help me get back on track?
