As part of our project, I need an Excel analysis conducted on customer satisfaction questionnaires.
Responsibilities:
- I require the collection of customer satisfaction questionnaires for banking services and fintech services, specifically those related to "Fintech" and "Online payment systems"
- The data analysis should be presented in a visually appealing way via an Excel dashboard.
- The main focus will be on 'User satisfaction scores'.
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, particularly in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with customer satisfaction surveys will be highly regarded.
- A background in fintech or the banking sector will also be an advantage.
