Fine tune an existing google sheets project management tool.

I manage a small paving and asphalt maintenance company. Currently we use google sheets for our crew paper work, estimating, pricing, etc. I have a great working model, there are some tweaks we would like to have made though, and there are some rough edges that could use smoothed out. Very open to contractor input on how to improve the system as well! I would imagine it would be a couple hours of work for someone who is proficient in excel/sheets.
