Financials: I've attached examples of what is required. As a reminder, you'll need 2020 & 2021 GAAP-compliant financials with footnote disclosures. The compiled financials must include (1) Balance Sheet, (2) Statement of Cash Flows, (3) Statement of Stockholder Equity, (4) Statement of Operations, and (5) Footnote Disclosures.
