Financial spreadsheet for start ups.

I am needing some help in building a comprehensive spreadsheet to assist in financial modeling for start-up businesses. These businesses are mom and pop one location businesses. I have a model (template). But, it needs quite a bit of improvement to encapsulate variations that the many different types of small businesses someone might start.
