Financial Modelling (changing formulas in a Spreadsheet to Metric and changing the Currency)

I have a purchased financial modelling template.

I need to change the following in the template.

Change the currency for USD to BWP
Change the currency symbol $ to P
Changes the term Acres to Hectares
Change the term Acre to Hectare
SF to SQM
Feet to Metres

Some of the terms appear in formulas. So i am afraid of corrupting the document. The document here is a PDF but the template is in Microsoft Excel.
