Financial KPI Excel Dashboard -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to bring all of our key numbers into one dynamic Excel dashboard focused on financial tracking while still letting me keep an eye on productivity rate, quality of output, and employee efficiency.
The file should pull raw data from our existing sheets (or a simple CSV import), refresh with a single click, and display clear visuals: tables, sparklines, and slicer-driven charts. For employee efficiency I need task-completion time and number of tasks completed shown side-by-side with our financial figures, with an at-a-glance summary pane that highlights exceptions in red or green.
Please build this with standard Excel features—Power Query for data prep, PivotTables for aggregation, and clean, branded charts that work in Office 365. Everything has to stay formula-based or use VBA only when absolutely necessary so the team can maintain it themselves.
Deliverables:
• One unlocked .xlsx (plus macro-enabled copy if code is required) containing:
– Dynamic financial tracker
– KPI sections for productivity, quality, and employee efficiency
– Interactive visuals for task completion time and volume
– Summary panel with conditional formatting
• A brief walkthrough or annotated sheet explaining data refresh and maintenance steps.
