I need an expert in excel with financial background to create for me a budget control, invoices monitoring, Charge Acoounts and Performance. All reflected on a dashboard carrying multiple inputs. This project will be on three phases:
Phase 1: Budgeting + Invoicing + Dashboard. (40%)
Phase 2: Charges + Performance + Enhanced Dashboard. (40%)
Phase 3: Additional Ideas and features might come to the end user. (20%)
