Financial Due Diligence- (prior Big4 exp) - Need Sample sector specific databooks

We are looking to engage a highly experienced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professional, preferably with a Big 4 background or other consulting transaction advisory experience.

We will review the candidate’s existing financial due diligence work samples (sanitized, no client-identifiable data) which has sector-specific diligence adjustments.

Preferred Industries for Which We Need Sample Outputs:
1. Retail / Consumer, 2. Telecom 3. Healthcare Services 4. Technology / SaaS / IT Services
5. Manufacturing / Industrial 6. Other sectors

What We Expect in the Samples:
• Full FDD data book / model formats (no actual numbers required; formulas + structure are essential)
• EBITDA adjustments, working capital analysis, revenue build-ups, C2A (Cash-to-Accrual) adjustments, and net debt schedules
• Sector-specific issues and major adjustments typically performed in each industry
• Walkthroughs or written notes explaining:
• Key red flags
• Analytical approach
• Lead schedules
• Normalization logic
• Preferably in Excel, with formulas intact
• You may also present in person at our office if it’s not comfortable to share sample.
